Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri joined thousands of Muslim faithful at the Yola Eid Ground to observe the Eid-el-Kabir prayers, marking the sacred festival that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, and compassion.




Addressing citizens, Gov Fintiri called for continued peaceful coexistence, urging residents to show love to one another and extend support to the less privileged in line with the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
He also appreciated the prayers offered for the peace, unity, and progress of Adamawa State and Nigeria, expressing hope for sustained harmony and development.
The governor prayed for Allah’s acceptance of acts of worship and blessings upon the state and the nation, wishing all Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration.
